Article 1 – Purpose
This Agreement is a Distance Selling Agreement which is intended to define the rights and obligations of ONE MORE REP and the consumer. The General Conditions of Sale constitute the totality of the rights and obligations of the parties, no other conditions can be integrated into them.
As a remote contract, ONE MORE REP intends to identify itself to the consumer.

Article 3 – Products
ONE MORE REP makes the consumer aware of all the essential characteristics of the goods offered. These characteristics may relate to the dimensions, weights, quantities and components of the goods offered.
ONE MORE REP invites the consumer to read these features carefully and to contact our Customer Service Department if necessary (contact details in article 1 of these Terms). However, some colour changes may occur due to the IT support.
ONE MORE REP makes sure that the photographs are as realistic as possible but suggests to our customers to read carefully the descriptions of the products. The product and visual photos are not contractual.
Article 4 – Availability of goods
The goods offered in the ONE MORE REP shop are accessible within the limits of available stocks. As a general rule, an unavailable product is reported and cannot be validated in the shopping cart or taken into order by phone.
However, if a product is exceptionally unavailable after placing the order, we undertake to inform you by email, by mail or by phone and to tell you the delivery time.
If you do not wish to wait, you will have the possibility to request the cancellation of your order and its refund or the exchange for another article of the same value.
Article 5 – Client Commitment
The customer undertakes to provide all the information necessary for his identification. He must ensure to provide accurate and complete information.
Clicking on the payment validation button constitutes the validation of the order and constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
This acceptance may be challenged only in certain limited cases provided for in this contract under article 12: “Right of withdrawal”.
The information given by the buyer at the time of taking the order is binding on him.

Article 6 – Validation of the order and conclusion of the contract
The data recorded by ONE MORE REP is evidence of all transactions made by ONE MORE REP.com and its customers.
The data recorded by the payment system is evidence of financial transactions.
The final validation of the order is done by entering the bank details (16 digits on the front of the card, as well as the expiry date and the cryptogram (the last 3 digits on the back of the card) for online payment or by clicking on the icon determining the payment method chosen by the customer.
For the order process, the customer is required to provide all necessary information on the site (address, floor, access code and mobile phone).
After validation of the payment, the order is deemed accepted by ONE MORE REP who will then confirm the acceptance of the order to the consumer by email summarizing the ordered items, the amount of the order and the delivery address. This confirmation may serve as evidence in the event of a dispute.
ONE MORE REP reserves the right to cancel any order of an abnormal nature such as a quantity of products exceeding the normal needs of a consumer or abnormal order flows at the same billing and/or delivery address.
ONE MORE REP also reserves the right to cancel the order if it is unable to honour it and will inform the customer by email, mail or phone.
This confirmation, or if applicable, the refusal to accept an order, will be confirmed to the user at the latest 72 hours after receipt of the order. The debit of the account is made simultaneously with the acceptance of the order by the merchant.
The delivered goods remain the property of ONE MORE REP until their full settlement (Law no. 80-335 of 12 May 1980).
Article 7 – Price
All orders are payable in Euros.
The prices of our website are calculated as accurately as possible. The prices of the products presented in the shop are valid at the time of their consultation, of the order by the customer and are understood all taxes included (TTC).
The current VAT rate is 20%. ONE MORE REP reserves the right to change the price in case of VAT increase or manifest error.
Promotional offers are valid only within the limit of the period of validity of the offer concerned and within the limit of available stocks.
The cost of shipping and order preparation depends on the carrier selected for processing. These costs are displayed directly on your shopping cart.
ONE MORE REP reserves the right to change its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the order registration.
Article 8 – Secure payment
Payment of orders can be made by various means.
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.):
We recommend this option as it is the simplest, fastest and fully secure.
Banking data is encrypted (SSL security standard) The PAYPLUG payment interface uses 3D Secure technology. It is a system developed by the two banking card networks Visa and MasterCard to authenticate the holders of bank cards and thus avoid any fraudulent use of the latter. In addition to the number, the validity date and the cryptogram, with the 3D Secure system, the cardholder must authenticate on an interface of his bank to which he is automatically redirected, by filling in a code (received by SMS) or personal information that his bank has previously provided to him. Once authenticated, the bearer will have their transaction authorized or refused by their bank.
Your order will only be shipped upon receipt and validation of your payment.
The processing time of orders paid by bank cheque can take up to 14 working days from the date of receipt of your cheque as we must carry out mandatory checks to avoid any risk regarding the payment of your order.
ONE MORE REP reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order of a customer with whom there is a dispute at the payment of a previous order.
Article 9 – Evidence
The archiving of purchase orders and invoices is carried out by the company PAYPLUG for any payment made online, on a durable medium in accordance with article 1348 of the civil code.
These computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of the Company PAYPLUG are considered as proof of communication of orders and payments between the parties.
Article 10 – Delivery
ONE MORE REP undertakes to deliver the ordered products within the delivery time indicated on the shopping cart summary page. The delivery time counts from the date of acceptance of the order during French working hours.
The times indicated are average times including the time of preparation of the parcel (24 to 48 working hours) plus the time of delivery (2 to 5 working days) The products are delivered in metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco, Belgium and Luxembourg, DOM, TOM, World, Africa to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process.
All our packages benefit from the online “tracking” provided by our different carriers.
Once your package has been sent, an e-mail will be sent to inform you of this and to give you its tracking number.
In the event of an unusual delay, an email or phone call will inform you.
Delivery can only take place if the buyer is up to date with his obligations towards the seller.
If the property is unavailable, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible and may cancel his order.

Article 11- Conformity of delivery and quality of the product

The return of the products, in case of error of delivery or in case of defect of the product, can be accepted only for the complete products, in their original state (Accessories, notice) with a copy of the purchase invoice. For any request to take charge of the return, it is imperative to request the prior approval of the Customer Service. Shipments in postage due or cash on delivery will be refused for any reason.
Article 12 – Exchanges, returns and right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-18 et seq of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 days from the day after the delivery date of his order, to return any item that does not suit the customer and request the exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of the cost of returning the item that remains the customer’s responsibility.
